Core Values
Every type of building demands specific acoustical conditions within, in addition to a certain control of intrusive noise. Particular attention is required for multi-use buildings or for a novel combination of different facilities in a building complex, for not having the conditions of a setting compromise another.
Integrity and Transparency
We uphold honesty, transparency, and integrity in all our actions and decisions.
Excellence and Reputation
We take pride in our reputation for high standards and maintain this as a cornerstone of our business.
Ethical Standards
We adhere to the highest ethical standards in both our professional services and business operations.

A Legacy of Innovation: Meet Our Chairman
Pierre Geara is a civil engineer and the Chairman of Acoustair Offshore. He holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from ESIB–USJ (Beirut), as well as a Master’s in Management and Economics. In 2013, he was elected Head of the Fifth Branch of the Order of Engineers and Architects (OEA) in Beirut, which includes contractors, sub-contractors, and the engineering workforce.
Pierre began his career in acoustics in France in 1991, where he became a member of the Association des Acousticiens de l’Environnement (AAE). He is a certified legal expert in engineering and an active member of Rotary International.
One of the early pioneers of the “Box-in-the-Box” concept in France, Pierre collaborated with major companies to develop anti-vibration systems for buildings affected by railway and metro infrastructure. His work helped establish effective methods for controlling and reducing structural vibration.
Driven by a desire to bring European-level expertise to the MENA region, Pierre returned to Lebanon to share his knowledge and lead the development of the acoustic engineering field in the country and across the Middle East.
Since 1997, Pierre has been a leading figure in the region’s acoustic industry. He has headed multiple teams of engineers and contributed to numerous high-profile construction projects internationally. His broad expertise has made him a trusted consultant for both public and private sector developments.
Pierre is also the author of Acoustic Manual for Architects and Engineers—a practical guide based on more than 30 years of hands-on experience. The manual outlines effective acoustic design strategies and material choices for solving real-world acoustic challenges.
